BOSTON - Boston Bruins forward Marc Savard is out of the game against Chicago with an apparent right leg injury.
Savard got tangled up against the boards in the first shift of Thursday night's game. He was helped off the ice, and the team announced that he wouldn't return. Savard has nine goals and 13 assists this season. He also missed 15 games early in the season because of a broken left foot.
The Bruins got some good news with Milan Lucic back on the ice for the first time since spraining his left ankle on Nov. 25.
